You can now take on the mighty challenge of climbing Mount Olympus in Walkabout Mini Golf.
This stunning mountain course marks the 32nd addition to the Walkabout Mini Golf lineup, arriving hot on the heels of January’s Viva Las Elvis. Lucas Martell, the studio head, mentioned that it’s significantly larger than 2023’s Temple At Zerzura, which was previously the largest course in the game.
Here’s what the official description has to say about it:
“High above the Aegean Sea lies the legendary realm of the gods and goddesses. Here, the Olympians converge to determine the fate of mortals—through an epic miniature golf odyssey. Putt your way through intricate temples, mythical landscapes, and challenging hazards. But beware: your skills will soon be tested by the Olympian Council, who will decide if you’re worthy of victory or destined to face the wrath of the gods!”
As you make your way up Mount Olympus, you’ll come across temples and offerings adorned with symbols representing the main deities of Greek mythology, including Zeus, Apollo, and Artemis. Our tour with Lucas Martell, the creator of Walkabout, is the longest one we’ve done so far, compiling 28 minutes of exclusive behind-the-scenes content.

Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of chatting with Don Carson, the senior art director at Mighty Coconut, for a deep dive into the game’s design process. He shared their goal of “over-delivery” through a multi-layered design approach that involves teams passing courses back and forth in rotation over the span of more than a year. Today, dozens of talented individuals, known affectionately as the “Coconuts,” make up the studio’s team.
With the recent success of Elvis driving the game’s highest single sales day in nearly five years, the question remains: will players return to Mount Olympus to continue the trend and pick up a few more items from the store?
