Currently, it’s being introduced to a select group of Xbox Insiders through support.xbox.com. What makes it efficient is its ability to pull information straight from the support site and help with Xbox consoles and game issues. If you’re an Insider in the U.S. with your language set to English, you can start checking out the Support Virtual Agent by logging into support.xbox.com with your registered Xbox Insider account.
Feedback from our testers plays a crucial role in this preview stage. We encourage you to share your thoughts about the Support Virtual Agent experience. You can simply use the thumbs up or thumbs down for each response, or click on the "Give feedback" button located at the bottom of the page to offer more detailed input.
How to Use the Support Virtual Agent
Starting today, if you’re an Xbox Insider, you’ll notice the Support Virtual Agent on the “Contact us” page on support.xbox.com. Simply log in with your Insider-registered account, and you’ll notice a new option that allows you to pose questions to our virtual assistant.
Picture this: You click on “Ask a question,” and a new browser window pops up featuring the Support Virtual Agent. You now have the freedom to type or even speak your questions. The agent will scour support.xbox.com to provide you with the answers you need. If your query remains unresolved, you’re in luck—you can request to chat with a live support person, provided it’s during Xbox Support’s operating hours.
During this preview period, feel free to tailor your support journey. Click on the ellipsis icon and try out the different versions of the Support Virtual Agents available.
