SNEG has finally set a date for the much-anticipated launch of Captain Blood on Nintendo Switch, bringing cheers from fans eagerly waiting to embark on a pirate adventure like no other.
This game was originally intended for release on the Xbox 360 way back in 2010. However, it hit rough seas when the publisher went under and legal issues prevented the developers from sailing ahead with the release. Now, after a long 15-year battle, all obstacles have been cleared.
The story kicks off with a local magistrate’s daughter being kidnapped, pushing him to swallow his pride and enlist the help of Captain Blood and his crew. Players will step into the boots of the legendary pirate captain known for drinking grog and charming maidens across the Spanish Main. Brace yourself for a whirlwind of adventures filled with cannon blasts, pistol shots, epic sword fights, and a delightful mix of pirate mischief.
