Almost a year after its debut, Asgard’s Wrath 2 is taking players on a thrilling journey through its final Cosmic Event, centered around the elusive legacy of Loki. Released last December, Sanzaru Games has diligently kept the VR action RPG fresh with a series of Cosmic Events. These limited-time challenges, known as Cosmic Objectives, have kept players on their toes. From warding off a vampire infection to exploring multiverse mysteries and battling Surtur’s armies, the game’s final event invites players to face off with Loki once again in what’s aptly named ‘The Trickster’s Legacy.’
In this intense showdown, players must mend chaotic realities. The mission? Traverse the ‘?’ doors scattered across the Uncharted Rifts, navigate deadly trap rooms, accomplish five divine trials in a single run, and clear out the Loki Anomalies that litter the realm. Successfully conquering these tasks will reward players with a variety of goodies, including the coveted Staff of the Trickster, replicas of the Ma’at Stones, Loki’s iconic horned helmet, as well as new emotes, badges, and titles.
Even though ‘The Trickster’s Legacy’ is set to be the final fresh event, it’s not the end of Cosmic Events. Sanzaru Games has announced that they will rerun each event starting with Into the Multiverse, giving players another shot to earn those exclusive rewards they might have missed the first time around.
In addition to this, another exciting update is coming for Asgard’s Wrath 2 fans. A new outfit will be included in the game, unlike previous rewards which were bound by time limitations. This exclusive ensemble is accessible only to Meta Quest+ subscribers and features a dinosaur-themed armor inspired by the island of Laramidia, complete with a matching stone blade weapon.
For those eager to dive into this adventure, Asgard’s Wrath 2 is currently available on the Meta Quest platform.
