Final Fantasy 14 has stirred excitement among its community with the introduction of two fresh outfit sets now available for purchase through its Online Store. These exclusive sets – the Far Eastern Performer’s Attire and the Warden’s Attire – each bring unique aesthetics and customizable dye options, allowing players to give their characters a distinct flair. These outfits come at a time when the game offers even more engaging activities like the Hatching-Tide event and the Callback Campaign, ensuring there’s something for everyone to dive into.
On April 16, the two new attire sets made their debut in the Final Fantasy 14 Online Store, available only via real money transactions. Square Enix did mention, however, that a part of the Far Eastern Performer’s outfit might not appear on some character models within the game. Alongside these new wardrobe options, players have two exciting events to enjoy. The Callback Campaign is currently active, encouraging existing players to invite friends back to Eorzea who haven’t logged in over the past 90 days. Those who are eligible get to enjoy seven free days of playtime and some Silver Chocobo Feathers, which can be exchanged for gear. Concurrently, the beloved Hatching-Tide event is back in Gridania, inviting players to partake in a couple of short quests for a chance to collect the whimsical Archon Egg Parasol. This Easter-inspired event will run until April 24.
In celebration of Hatching-Tide, there’s also a themed sale at the FF14 Online Store, packed with even more cosmetic delights for fans. The Warden’s Attire, inspired by Azeyma – one of the deities adored in Eorzea – draws attention with its connection to lore, especially after players faced her during the Myths of the Realm raid series in Endwalker. The outfit can be yours for $18, though taxes and fees might add a bit more to the cost. For those wanting the full Azeyma look, there’s the Warden hairstyle, separately priced at $5, bringing the total to $23 for the complete look.
For those drawn to cultural and musical themes, there’s the Far Eastern Performer’s Attire, priced similarly at $18. This set is a nod to Korean folk performances and features a versatile mask that can be worn on the face or placed to the side. A minor limitation is that this mask won’t show on Viera or Hrothgar characters. Both new attire sets feature dual dye channels, providing players with creative freedom. Additionally, past Hatching-Tide items are being offered at discounted prices until the event concludes on April 24.
April is bustling for Final Fantasy 14, and just days before the discounts wrap up, Patch 7.21 is set to launch, bringing Cosmic Exploration into the fold. With so much happening, fans have their hands full enjoying new content and savoring the vibrant world of Final Fantasy 14.
