PTW, a major player in the services industry, has recently brought David Dorans on board as their new chief financial officer. He will be working directly under CEO Deborah Kirkham, with his role primarily focusing on boosting efficiency and spearheading the company’s growth initiatives.
Since stepping into the financial leadership arena in 2011, Dorans has accumulated a wealth of experience as a CFO at various companies, including the software developer YouView TV, the advertising firm Mirriad, and the media agency Mindshare. Before this, he held the position of head of distribution and broadcast technology at Channel 4, a prominent UK TV broadcaster.
“As a company, PTW prides itself on the tenacity and extensive knowledge that all our employees deliver to our clients,” commented Kirkham. “We need someone with David’s robust expertise in financial governance to help us advance our strategic goals and ensure sustainable growth worldwide as we move toward 2025 and beyond.”
Dorans expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “It’s an exciting opportunity to join PTW, a company known for its creativity and innovation in the gaming world. With my past experience handling diverse challenges and seizing various opportunities, I’m eager to work with the team to develop initiatives that marry fiscal responsibility with a commitment to excellence. It’s about fueling the imaginative, AI-driven projects at PTW while ensuring we stay financially grounded.”
